THEATRE
Tennessee Women’s Theater Project
Tennessee Women’s Theater Project will hold auditions for its February production of John Cariani’s Almost, Maine on December 16 and 17. Four actors will play 19 characters – all residents of the unincorporated town of Almost, Maine -- in this charming comedy that the New York Times called “Love in the time of frostbite.”
Cast: 2 women and 2 men, age 25-40
Audition dates:
Dec. 16 from 4pm to 6:30pm and Dec. 17 from 6pm to 8:30pm
If necessary, callbacks will be on Dec. 18 from 6pm to 8:30pm.
Audition location: Second Presbyterian Church, 3511 Belmont Blvd., Nashville
Production dates: February 1 – February 16, 2008 (rehearsals to begin in January)
Venue: Z. Alexander Looby Theatre - 2301 Rosa L. Parks Blvd.(formerly Metro Center Blvd.)
Nashville Rate: $12/hour for rehearsal - $400 per week during production.
Auditions will be cold readings (well, warm – we’ll give you a chance to read
and run with a scene partner) from the script.
NOTE: There will be some (possibly many) daytime rehearsals.

Possible Upcoming Productions
The Guild has been contacted by the following productions about becoming signatory to one of the Screen Actors Guild collective bargaining agreements. Please be advised that these producers may not have completed the signatory process at this time. It is the responsibility of each member to confirm that each producer has signed the applicable contract before you make an agreement to render services. Failure to confirm the signatory status before rendering services may lead to disciplinary charges being filed against you. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 800-SAG-0767.
This production update is provided as a service to Screen Actors Guild members to assist you in following up on work opportunities with your talent agent.
Most producers will not accept direct submissions and will only consider performers submitted by talent agents.
Since they do not accept direct submissions, many producers will not grant permission to include casting information or production office address data on these communications.
